本文检测了慢性活动性肝炎病人的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能。发现病人的IgG、IgA、IgE和免疫复合物均增高,C_3下降,IgM变化不明显。末梢血中T细胞亚群也有变化。这表明慢性活动性肝炎病人有免疫功能紊乱。
This article examines the humoral and cellular immune functions of patients with chronic active hepatitis. Found that patients with IgG, IgA, IgE and immune complexes were increased, C_3 decreased, IgM change was not obvious. T-cell subsets in peripheral blood also vary. This indicates that patients with chronic active hepatitis have immune dysfunction.
