农村小学教师教育是“农村教师素质提高工程”的重要内容。构建科学合理的农村小学教师教育模式,能进一步巩固小学教育地位,提高教师自身素质,适应时代发展要求。农村小学教师教育“三分”模式的内容包括:分类指导、分校培训与分步提高。它的顺利实施,需要建立政府导向机制、多方互动机制和客观评价机制。只有这样,才能使我国农村小学教师教育工作与时俱进,不断创新。
Rural primary school teacher education is an important part of “improving the quality of rural teachers”.
