作为刑事案件中最严厉的一种强制措施,逮捕一直贯彻少用、慎用的方针政策,当前侦查监督工作中逮捕的程序问题,越来越被重视,如何正确把握逮捕的适用条件,让检察机关在审查逮捕环节对刑事案件实现更好的监督,本文从基层检察中遇到的实际案例入手,通过对诉讼程序的分析论证,提出了完善检查监督的几种措施。
