倍受钢结构工程界重视和建筑市场关心的中国工程建设标准化协会标准《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》已经开始编制。 1996年8月13～14日在北京召开了该规程编制组第一次工作会议。会议由“规程”主编单位中国建筑金属结构协会建筑钢结构委员会主任辛九普主持。有“规程”编制组顾问和成员、国内钢结构专家李瑞骅、陈绍蕃、蔡益燕、沈祖炎、李少甫等20人出席
The standard of China Association of Construction Standardization, “Technical Specification for Steel Structure of Light-weight Steel Portal Frames”, which has been greatly valued by the steel structure engineering industry and concerned by the construction market, has been started. August 1996 13 to 14 held in Beijing, the rules of preparation group first working meeting.
