中国工程建设标准化协会于1996年4～5月下达了6项工程建设推荐性标准制订计划,它们是: 1.《三维板建筑结构技术规程》此规程是为推广和应用三维板结构体系提供设计与施工依据。该技术体系是90年代新型的多层轻板体系,可作为承重结构构件,具有优良的保温隔热、隔声的性能;另外,它的选材和施工十分简便,符合我国节土节能的墙改基本国策,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。规程主要技术内容包括:材料;基本设计规定,结构构造规定,三维板结构抗震设计,三维板建筑施工及验收。此规程由中国建筑东北设计研究院主
