宁波市计划生育宣传技术指导站(简称指导站)组织九个县(市、区)指导站医务人员,先在奉化市西坞镇进行宫内节育器回顾性调查试点培训,以后每个县(市、区)用同样方法,调查一个乡镇,调查率要求达到95%以上。调查目的是为评估我市宫内节育器(IUD)放置效果,寻求适合我市育龄妇女使用的低脱落率、高存放率、低副作用的IUD,以解决近年因IUD高脱落率及高带器妊娠导致人工流产居高不下的被动局面。现将调查情况报告如下。调查对象与方法凡已放置IUD的已婚育龄妇女(绝育者除外)均
