本文讨论了交流电致发光粉 ZnS:Cu,Br 的亮度和制备工艺之间的关系。并且指出老化性能和光电特性均受亮度特性影响。为了提高发光亮度,今后应更重视发光机理的研究。
This article discusses the relationship between the electroluminescent ZnS: Cu, Br brightness and the preparation process. It is also pointed out that the aging properties and the photoelectric properties are affected by the brightness characteristics. In order to improve the brightness of light emission, more attention should be paid to the research of light-emitting mechanism in the future.
