金相试样的抛光和侵蚀是金相检验过程中的重要程序,抛光与侵蚀的质量直接影响显微组织的观察与分析,不锈钢金相组织检验常采用电解抛光与电解侵蚀的方法。但电解抛光与电解侵蚀所用的溶液并非同一种溶液,这给制样带来了复杂性。经作者反复试验,用65%的硝酸溶液即可用于不锈钢试样的电解抛光,又可作为电解浸蚀之用。 1 电解抛光规范电压:14~20V(电流密度可不予考虑); 时间:5~10S;阴极:不锈钢板。
The metallographic sample polishing and erosion are important procedures in the metallographic examination process. The quality of polishing and erosion directly affects the observation and analysis of the microstructure. The stainless steel metallographic examination often adopts the method of electrolytic polishing and electrolytic erosion. However, the solution used for electrolytic polishing and electrolytic erosion is not the same solution, which brings complexity to the sample preparation.
