按NACE TMO 177-77所制订的“金属在环境温度下抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂试验”标准,采用SSC试验方法研究了管线钢的硫化物应力腐蚀开裂行为。基体金属的SCC按其显微组织可分成两类。在铁素体一珠光体钢中,初始裂纹与管面平行,然后沿应力轴垂直方向扩展。在铁素体一贝氏体或低碳贝氏体钢中,裂纹在贝氏体与铁素体交界面上开始萌生。
The sulfide stress corrosion cracking behavior of pipeline steels was studied by SSC test method according to the standard “Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking Test of Metal at Ambient Temperature” developed by NACE TMO 177-77. The base metal of the SCC according to their microstructure can be divided into two categories. In ferrite-pearlite steels, the initial crack is parallel to the tube surface and then spreads perpendicularly to the stress axis. In ferritic-bainitic or low-carbon bainitic steels, cracks begin to sprout at the bainite-ferritic interface.
