本文建立了一种用X射线衍射原理测定铁基非晶材料结晶度的方法。应指出这里的结晶度系指在固定保温时间和不同退火温度条件下的非平衡态晶化过程的结晶度。通过结晶度的研究,可提供控制晶化转变的依据。通过对通常的计算法则进行修正和简化,可得到结晶度与温度之间的关系,这与从实践中得到的客观规律十分符合,对于铁基非晶合金而言,这种结晶度的测试方法是适合的。
In this paper, a method of determining the crystallinity of iron-based amorphous materials by X-ray diffraction was established. It should be noted that the degree of crystallinity herein refers to the degree of crystallinity in the non-equilibrium crystallization process at a fixed holding time and at different annealing temperatures. Through the study of crystallinity, can provide the basis for controlling the crystallization transition. By normalizing and simplifying the calculation rules, the relationship between the crystallinity and the temperature can be obtained, which is in good agreement with the objective law obtained from practice. For the iron-based amorphous alloy, the method for testing the crystallinity Is suitable.
