以香蕉为模式材料,总结了乙烯与1-MCP在香蕉果实后熟中的不同作用,并指出了1-MCP区别于其它乙烯受体阻断剂的优势点;另外,作者还概括了1-MCP在延缓其他果蔬后熟衰老方面的最新研究进展,展望了1-MCP在香蕉及其它采后果蔬贮运保鲜中的应用前景,以便于指导1-MCP在果蔬采后贮藏方面的应用。
The different effects of ethylene and 1-MCP on the ripening of banana fruit were summarized based on the banana model material. The advantages of 1-MCP in the banana fruit ripening were also summarized. In addition, MCP is the latest research progress in delaying the ripening of other fruits and vegetables. The application prospects of 1-MCP in the storage and preservation of bananas and other postharvest fruits and vegetables are also discussed in order to guide the application of 1-MCP in post-harvest storage of fruits and vegetables.
