云计算是一项新兴的技术,虽然目前该技术发展还不算十分成熟,但是在我国的某些行业领域中已经得到了应用,例如在某些图书馆得到了有效的应用。该技术的应用为图书馆管理提供了很多方便,大量减少了维修人员的工作量,最为关键的是图书馆不用受到供应商的制约,可以随时选择服务性能最佳的设备。本文首先介绍了图书馆使用云计算的优势,进而探讨了云计算给图书馆管理带来的诸多挑战,希望能够为图书馆管理的发展提供借鉴。
Cloud computing is an emerging technology. Although the technology development is not yet mature, it has been applied in some industries in our country, for example, it has been effectively applied in some libraries. The application of this technology has provided a lot of convenience for library management, reducing the workload of maintenance personnel. The most crucial point is that libraries are free from vendor constraints and can choose the best performing equipment at any time. This article first introduces the advantages of using cloud computing in libraries, and then explores the many challenges brought by cloud computing to library management, hoping to provide reference for the development of library management.
