舞蹈理论是舞蹈实践的基础,科学系统的舞蹈理论知识能够积极地、更有效地指导舞蹈实践活动。舞蹈实践是舞蹈理论的基础来源,是对舞蹈理论具体的、行为化的表达、表现和运用,而长期的舞蹈实践对舞蹈理论起着延伸和发展的作用,能够不断地印证舞蹈理论和发展舞蹈理论。因此,舞蹈理论与舞蹈实践之间有着密不可分的关系,学习舞蹈,必须把舞蹈理论和舞蹈实践有机的结合在一起,并在实践中深化拓展,展示人体的美与活动动作的健康完美。
Dance theory is the basis of dance practice. The scientific knowledge of dance theory can guide the practice of dance actively and effectively. Dance practice is the basic source of dance theory, concrete and behavioral expression, performance and application of the theory of dance. Long-term practice of dance plays an extension and development role in the theory of dance. It can continuously confirm the theory of dance and develop the dance theory. Therefore, there is an inseparable relationship between the dance theory and the dance practice. To learn the dance, the dance theory and the dance practice must be combined organically and deepened in practice so as to demonstrate the beauty and activities of the human body in a healthy and perfect manner.
