总结1例机器人辅助下子宫移植供体子宫切除术患者的围手术期护理。包括术前、术后护理以及出院指导。在器官移植领域,子宫移植一直是一个世界性医学难题。2000年,沙特进行了人类首次子宫移植手术~([1]),2011年土耳其完成了人类医学史上第一次成功的人类子宫移植手术~([2]),2012~2014年,瑞典先后共完成了9次子宫移植~([3])目前,子宫移植手术均采用开腹手术切取供体子宫~([1~3])。

In the field of organ transplantation, uterine transplantation has been a worldwide medical problem. In 2000, Saudi Arabia conducted the first human uterine transplant surgery ([1]). In 2011, Turkey completed the first successful human uterine transplant in the history of human medicine ~ ([2]). From 2012 to 2014, Completed 9 times uterine transplantation ~ ([3]) At present, the uterus transplant surgery are used to cut open the donor’s uterus ~ ([1 ~ 3]).
