Selenium determination of many ways, such as spectrophotometry, X-ray fluorescence, gas chromatography, atomic absorption and inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy and so on. Among the many methods, polarography is one of the most effective methods. Especially polarographic catalytic oscillometry, its sensitivity is much higher than the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry developed in these years.
