目的探讨宫颈鳞状细胞癌中波形蛋白(Vimentin)及Ki-67蛋白的表达及与宫颈鳞状细胞癌的临床病理特征关系,进一步分析两者在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测57例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中Vimentin和Ki-67蛋白的表达情况,结合患者的临床病理资料,进行统计学处理分析。结果 57例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中,Vimentin阳性表达率为75.4%(43/57),平均得分为(2.41±1.52)分;Ki-67阳性表达率高达100.0%,平均得分为(4.48±1.59)分。Ki-67在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于Vimentin,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.960,P<0.01)。Pearson相关性分析表明,宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中Vimentin与Ki-67表达呈显著正相关(r=0.984,P=0.000)。Ki-67、Vimentin表达均与患者有无局部侵袭、淋巴结转移及肿瘤的分化程度密切相关(P=0.003,0.000,0.017;P=0.001,0.003,0.008),而与年龄、肿瘤大小和分期无关(P>0.05)。结论宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中Ki-67呈高表达,Ki-67、Vimentin表达与肿瘤的发生、转移和分化程度密切相关,对于宫颈癌的治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Vimentin and Ki-67 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the clinicopathological characteristics of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and further analyze the correlation between them in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Vimentin and Ki-67 in 57 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Statistical analysis was made based on the clinicopathological data. Results The positive rate of Vimentin in 57 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 75.4% (43/57), the average score was (2.41 ± 1.52), the positive rate of Ki-67 was 100.0%, the average score was (4.48 ± 1.59) points. The positive rate of Ki-67 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of Vimentin (χ ~ 2 = 15.960, P <0.01). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between Vimentin and Ki-67 expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (r = 0.984, P = 0.000). The expressions of Ki-67 and Vimentin were closely related to the local invasion, lymph node metastasis and the differentiation of tumor (P = 0.003,0.000,0.017; P = 0.001,0.003,0.008), but not with the age, tumor size and stage (P> 0.05). Conclusions The expression of Ki-67 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma is highly expressed. The expression of Ki-67 and Vimentin is closely related to the occurrence, metastasis and differentiation of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, which is of great significance for the treatment of cervical cancer.
