采用夹闭小鼠气管心电消失时间和垂体后叶素致家兔心肌缺血等方法，观察心脉回春液的抗心肌缺血作用。结果表明心脉回春液能延长夹闭气管小鼠心电消失时间，并能改变缺血心肌的心电图，说明该药对缺血心肌有较好的保护作用。
The effect of Xinmaihuihui anti-myocardial ischemia was observed by clipping the tracheal electrocardiogram disappearance time and myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rabbits. The results showed that the Xinmaihuichun liquid could prolong the disappearance time of electrocardiogram in the trapped tracheal mice, and could change the electrocardiogram of the ischemic myocardium, indicating that the drug had a good protective effect on the ischemic myocardium.
