本文针对以往有偿服务金额分配的状况及其暴露的弊端,提出站对理化科实行量化宏观控制,按完成项次数乘以相应收费标准,累计总数后再以3.8%提成作为站给该科的有偿服务费,在科内实行以4年平均工作量作为各自年平均工作量基数,据此建立工作量基数与可得报酬的数学等式,按量乘以相应单价累计后即为个人所得年有偿服务费。由于分配方式充分体现按劳取酬,并且做到公开、合理、计量准确、人人会算,所以距离与档次拉得再开,人们也能心悦诚服地接受。事实表明,同样的金额不同的分配会引起强烈的效应反差。
