以汤普森多毛菌(Hirsutella thompsonii)制成的微生物杀螨剂Mycar,1976年由Abbott公司实验室制成。 Mycar与具有展粘、表面活化及抗蒸发的辅助剂混合,最适的辅助剂有0.5％Fc—435、0.2％Dacagin、0.02％Nu—Film17、0.01％Plyae和Orthox—77。其中Dacagin有刺激分生孢子发芽作用,除Plyae外,其余辅助剂在1～3小时内均有延迟孢子发芽作用。
Mycar, a microbial acaricide made from Hirsutella thompsonii, was made in 1976 by Abbott Laboratories. Mycar is mixed with an adhesion promoter, surface activation and anti-evaporation adjuvant. The most suitable adjuvants are 0.5% Fc-435, 0.2% Dacagin, 0.02% Nu-Film 17, 0.01% Plyae and Orthox-77. Among them, Dacagin stimulated the germination of conidia. Except for Plyae, all other adjuvants delayed the germination of spores within 1 to 3 hours.
