轮式装载机轮边减速装置中多处装配着滚针轴承。为保证滚针有较长的使用寿命,滚针必须分组装配。即装在每一组孔与轴之间的滚针(共31根)直径相差最大允许值为0.005mm。据国标GB309—84规定,滚针直径制造公差比允许值大0.01mm,所以,外购的标准滚针不能满足装配要求。有效的办法就是在装配前将滚针分组。
Wheel loader wheel rim reducer equipped with multiple needle roller bearings. In order to ensure the needle roller has a longer service life, the needle roller must be assembled in groups. That is installed in each set of holes between the needle roller shaft (a total of 31) the maximum allowable difference between the diameter of 0.005mm. According to the national standard GB309-84, the diameter of the needle roller is larger than the allowable value of 0.01mm, therefore, the standard purchased needle can not meet the assembly requirements. A good way to do this is to group the needle rollers before assembly.
