5CrNiMo和3Cr2W8V模具钢在不同的淬火、回火温度下的组织形态、机械性能及抗回火稳定性之间的关系,并结合模具主要失效方式,精选了热处理工艺参数使小型热锻模寿命比原来提高0.36～2.4倍。
5CrNiMo and 3Cr2W8V die steel in different quenching and tempering temperature, the morphology, mechanical properties and the relationship between the anti-tempering stability, combined with the main failure mode of the mold, the heat treatment process parameters selected small hot forging die life 0.36 ~ 2.4 times higher than the original.
