世界经济由各国之间的经济联系、依赖、交叉、竞争、合作而浑然一体。任何一个国家,无论社会制度如何,国家的大小,发展的基础怎样,要想取得经济的发展,使人民生活得到提高,国际地位不断上升,都必须纳入世界经济循环的大轨道,积极参与国际分工、国际交换。我国要建立社会主义市场经济体制,必然要利用国际分工、参加国际交换,必须实行对外开放经济。对外开放经济是指一国经济,通过对外贸易、技术的引进与出口、利用外资和对外投资、劳务的输出和输入、发展国际旅游等形式与世界经济多方面联系的经济活动。我国的对外开放经济是以马克思主义的对外开放理论作为其产生与发展的理论基础的。马克思、恩格斯提出了对外开放的一般性理论;列宁则将其具体化并极大地发展了社会主义对外开放理论;邓小平则根据我国的具体国情,结合中国共产党人的建设实践和理论总结(尤其是毛泽东的理论总结),提出了较为完整的具有中国特色的社会主义对外开放理论,我国的对外开放经济就是在邓小平的理论

Marx and Engels put forward the general theory of opening to the outside world; Lenin embodied it and greatly developed the theory of socialist opening to the outside world; Deng Xiaoping, on the basis of China’s specific national conditions, combined with the construction practice and theoretical summary of the Chinese Communists Mao Zedong’s theoretical summary), put forward a more complete theory of opening up to the outside world with Chinese characteristics, China’s opening up economy is the theory of Deng Xiaoping
