在国家不断完善安全立法、建立规范、加强安全监管的新形势下,一些企业却安全事故不断、安全问题层出不穷,如何才能提高安全管理绩效,提升企业生产的安全性就显得很重要。本文旨在从企业安全生产与经济效益的角度出发,详细阐述了安全赢得领导支持和员工参与的方法,并提出了一系列具体措施及做法,不断提升安全管理绩效。
Under the new situation of continuously improving safety legislation, establishing norms and strengthening safety supervision, some enterprises continue to have safety accidents and safety problems emerge in an endless stream. How to improve the performance of safety management and enhance the safety of production is of great importance. The purpose of this paper is to elaborate on the ways to win the leadership support and employees’ participation in safety from the perspective of enterprise safety production and economic benefits. A series of specific measures and practices are put forward to improve safety management performance.
