目的探讨在体外受精胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中提前冷冻精液对胚胎质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年12月进入IVF周期取精困难男性患者75例,均采用提前冷冻精子,其中在取卵当天重新获取新鲜精液组45例(A组),使用冷冻精子组30例(B组),比较两组受精率、平均卵裂球数、平均碎片率、优质胚胎率、囊胚形成率和临床妊娠率。结果 A组与B组相比,正常受精率、优质胚胎率、平均卵裂球数、平均碎片率、优质胚胎率、囊胚形成率和临床妊娠率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在IVF-ET中,预知取卵当天男方取精困难采用提前冷冻精子,这可能不会影响胚胎质量和发育潜能。
Objective To investigate the effect of premature frozen semen on embryo quality in IVF-ET. Methods A retrospective analysis of 75 male patients with IVF cycle dysprosium who entered the IVF cycle from January 2012 to December 2014 was performed on frozen sperm in advance. Among them, 45 cases of fresh sperm were re-taken on the day of ovulation (group A) Group B (30 cases). The fertilization rate, average blastomere number, average fragmentation rate, high quality embryo rate, blastocyst formation rate and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in normal fertilization rate, high quality embryo rate, average blastomere number, average fragmentation rate, high quality embryo rate, blastocyst formation rate and clinical pregnancy rate between group A and group B (P> 0.05). Conclusions In IVF-ET, it is predicted that sperm retrieval may be difficult by sperm withdrawal on the day of ovulation. Early sperm freezing may not affect embryo quality and developmental potential.
