(一)基础研究:陆士新报告河南林县食管癌年龄调整死亡率男性为151/10万人口,女性为115/10万。从3个县采取的103个食物样品中含有二甲基亚硝胺和二乙基亚硝胺占87%-100%;在林县的食样中含有N-甲基苄基亚硝胺(NMBzA)的比例高达78%,而在禹县则仅为15%。而且在世界上也是第一次证实在食物中含有NMBzA。并发现日摄入食物内亚硝胺及NMBzA总量和食管癌死亡率呈正相关。沈琼观察了70例早期食管癌的病理形态改变,以粘膜肥厚、粗糙或表浅溃疡最常见。系列大切片所见:细
