对兔进行半月板切除后再生的实验观察,以对侧膝关节作自身对照。结果在半月板全切除组未见再生,而半月板部分切除及大部切除组均见半月板再生。再生部分的半月板形状在垂直切面上和正常者相似仍为三角形,但和残留部分分界清楚,并且组织结构不同,再生部分除少部分为纤维、纤维软骨外,大部分为透明软骨。在切除后4个月以上检查半月板再生部分的13只家兔中有6只有明显钙化,再生半月板和关节滑膜无延续现象。作者认为:半月板的部分或大部切除均可发生再生,再生来源于半月板本身的纤维组织。随着时间的延长,再生组织发生化生和钙化,在质上和原半月板有明显的不同。
The rabbits were regenerated after meniscal resection. The contralateral knee was used as an autocontrol. Results There was no recurrence in the meniscal total resection group, but partial meniscal resection and subtotal resection group were seen in meniscus regeneration. The shape of the meniscus of the regenerative part is similar to that of the normal person in the vertical section. The triangle is still similar to the normal one, but the boundary with the residual part is clear, and the tissue structure is different. The regenerated part is mostly hyaline cartilage, except for a few fibers and fibrocartilage. Six of the 13 rabbits that had regenerated in the meniscal plate more than 4 months after resection had only calcification, and the regenerated meniscus and synovial membrane had no continuation. The authors believe that partial or partial resection of the meniscus can occur, and that regenerative tissue originates from the fibrous tissue of the meniscus itself. As time goes by, metaplasia and calcification occur in regenerated tissue, which is qualitatively different from the original meniscus.
