热疗在临床上主要用于表浅部肿瘤的治疗。热疗结合放疗获得的结果很令人满意。但热疗对深部肿瘤由于加热装置的限制而疗效不够理想。作者使用日本七个研究单位协作研制的RF电容加热装置,进行放射联合加热的临床试验。共治疗63名不同恶性转移瘤患者,其中表皮肿瘤35%,皮下肿瘤45%,深部肿瘤20%。结果表明,皮表肿瘤的反应率最大,CR为68.2%,皮下肿瘤CR为53.6%,深部肿瘤CR为23.1%。CR率随肿瘤深度的增加而降
Hyperthermia is mainly used clinically for the treatment of superficial tumors. The results obtained with hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy are very satisfactory. However, hyperthermia is not ideal for deep tumors due to the limitations of heating devices. The authors used a RF capacitor heating device collaboratively developed by seven research institutes in Japan to conduct a clinical trial of radiation combined heating. A total of 63 patients with different malignant metastatic tumors were treated, including 35% of epidermal tumors, 45% of subcutaneous tumors, and 20% of deep tumors. The results showed that the response rate of the epidermal tumor was the highest, CR was 68.2%, subcutaneous tumor CR was 53.6%, and deep tumor CR was 23.1%. The CR rate decreases as the tumor depth increases
