运用工程近似法 ,建立了在四辊组合孔型轧制圆系统产品时的力能参数的数学模型 ,同时采用 C语言与 AUTO CAD软件包 ,进行了四辊组合孔型轧制圆系统产品的计算机辅助孔型及优化设计 ,并绘制了孔型图。在此基础上 ,利用鞍山钢铁学院 Φ2 70四辊组合孔型轧机 ,采用圆→方孔型系统 ,试轧了圆铜 ,试验效果很好 ,节约能耗大约 1 0 %左右
