NC-Ⅱ负温早强剂在济南八一立交桥工程中的应用

济南市八一立交桥系苜蓿叶形三层互通式立交桥,于1988年1月18日开工,当年8月1日建成通车,比计划要求提前2个月竣工,全部项目质量经验收合格,这与施工中采用新技术是分不开的,特别是由于成功地使用了NC-Ⅱ负温早强剂。工程开工时正值冬季,在负温下进行7000余件混凝土构件的预制,总量达2600m~3,而我公司仅有租借的预制场地11300m~2,如设置蒸养室,须加大投资,且延误工期。仅预制倒T形梁234根一项,按1月初开工,3月底吊装的要求,实际有效工期仅90d左右, The Jinan Bayi Overpass was a three-layer interchange bridge with a loquat leaf shape.
