本文就近年来一部份文献中报道的有关生物陶瓷种类、要素、动物实验、临床应用及组织学变化等概况作综述介绍。生物陶瓷的要求及种类可应用于生物体的陶瓷材料必须具有以下特性:1.无毒。2.在生物体内能与生物组织相容而不被排斥。3.在生物体内不但能与组织相结合,而且应具有适当的生物力学和生物学性能。4.便于制成各种形状的制品植入生物体内。根据以上要求,科学家们进行了大量实验以检验及选择合适的生物陶瓷。实验方法是用小块陶瓷样品埋入动物体内或作组织培
In this paper, some reports about bioceramic species, elements, animal experiments, clinical applications and histological changes reported in recent years are reviewed. Requirements and Types of Bioceramics Ceramic materials that can be applied to organisms must have the following characteristics: 1.
