在中国的足球界有一个奇怪的现象,换帅频率如此之高,却总不能起到在国外的“换帅如换刀”的奇效,反而成绩也鲜有显著提升,甚至好端端的队伍变得更加糟糕。目前这股风气从男足蔓延到了成绩一直相对稳定的女足。
