随着时代的进步,世界经济的飞速发展,我国在充满机会与挑战的背景下,大力建设特色社会主义市场经济体系,打造属于我国特有的经济市场。为了使企业集团在日益激烈的国际竞争中脱颖而出,这就要求企业内部实现现代化、规范化管理,加强内部控制,来适应社会经济的发展。因此,企业内部控制在企业管理中占有突出地位,为了企业集团更好的发展,我们有必要对公司内部管理中存在的问题及对策作出深入的研究。
