本文主要分析了现在我国民营医院预算管理的现状及存在问题,并提出了相应的在观念思想、管理方法、监督及资源整合这四方面的建议,以期能够促进民营医院在预算管理上的健康发展。
This article mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the budget management in private hospitals in our country and puts forward some corresponding suggestions in the four aspects of concept thinking, management methods, supervision and resource integration in order to promote the healthy development of private hospitals in budget management .
