福姬77是以姬松茸J1为原始菌株,采用60Co-紫外复合诱变技术选育的姬松茸新品种,2013年通过福建省非主要农作物品种审定委员会认定。在福建省多点区试和测定结果表明:与姬松茸J1相比,该品种增产23.12%~38.76%,粗蛋白、粗纤维含量分别提高25.16%、10.17%,脂肪酸C18:1、C18:2含量分别提高17.86%、8.73%,而汞、镉、铅含量分别降低17.65%、87.69%和28.57%。福姬77产量高、遗传稳定、品质优良、重金属含量低,适合大面积推广。
Fuji 77 is a Agaricus Blazei Murrill new variety with Agaricus Blazei J1 as the original strain and selected by 60Co-UV mutagenesis. In 2013, the Fujian Agaricus blazei Murrill was identified as Non-Main Crop Variety Approval Committee. The multi-spot test and determination results in Fujian Province showed that compared with Agaricus jelly J1, the varieties increased the yield by 23.12% -38.76%, the crude protein and crude fiber content increased by 25.16% and 10.17%, respectively, and the fatty acids C18: 1 and C18: 2 The content of mercury, cadmium and lead decreased by 17.86% and 8.73% respectively, while the content of mercury, cadmium and lead decreased by 17.65%, 87.69% and 28.57% respectively. Fu Ji 77 high yield, genetic stability, good quality, low levels of heavy metals, suitable for large-scale promotion.
