2006年12月28日,中国兵器装备集团公司(简称兵装集团或兵装)与济南轻骑摩托车股份有限公司(简称济南轻骑或轻骑)重组协议在济南市签订,兵装集团以占总股本21．92％的21298．8万股入主济南轻骑;2007年1月13日,济南轻骑领导班子成员首次参加兵装集团2007年北京工作会议,受到兵装集团领导的亲切接见与勉励;2月5日,济南轻骑在济南召开2007年第一次临时股东大会,会议由公司第一大股东兵装集团授权代表主持。至此,兵装集团重组济南轻骑不但尘埃落定,而且开始了紧锣密鼓的运作,为济南轻骑历时数年苦苦探寻的重组之路画上了一个句号。
On December 28, 2006, the reorganization agreement between China North Industries Group Corp. (referred to as the Armed Forces Corps or Armed Forces) and Jinan Qingqi Motorcycle Co., Ltd. (Jinan Qingqi or Qingqi) was signed in Jinan City. 21.92% of the 219.98 million shares took part in Jinan Qingqi; on January 13, 2007, the members of the Jinan Qingqi Leading Group participated in the 2007 Beijing Work Conference for the Armed Forces Group for the first time and were cordially received and encouraged by the leadership of the Armed Group; 2 On the 5th of the month, Jinan Qingqi held the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in Jinan in 2007. The meeting was chaired by the authorized representative of the company’s largest shareholder, the Military Equipment Group. At this point, the reorganization of the armed forces group Jinan Qingqi not only settled dust, but also began to operate in full swing, for the Jinan Qingqi years of hard work to find the reorganization of the road draw a full stop.
