课堂效率直接决定着课堂教学效果的好坏,课堂教学效率高,教学效果才会明显,进而教学目标才能如期完成,所以构建高效课堂一直是广大教师不断追求的目标。关于高效课堂的概念,很多学者都做过界定,比较有代表性的是学生使用相对比较少的时间和精力去完成更多的学习任务、获取更多的知识。高效课堂的关键是教师要借助一定的教学手段和教学方式,最大限度地激发学生的学习动机,提高学生参与学习的热情,使课堂教学的功能得以充分发挥,保证学生在最短的时间内获取最多的知识和技能。
