Using glass microelectrode intracellular recording technique, the intramyocardial and epicardial conduction and transmural conduction and other myocardial conduction characteristics of guinea pig right ventricular free wall under normal and simulated ischemia-reperfusion were studied. The results showed that in the process of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, the excitement in the right ventricular endocardium in guinea pigs had a slow but no directional difference, and the differences in conduction in the epicardium were significantly increased. Simultaneously,. C room muscle and inward transmembrane conduction time were significantly longer, some even complete transmural block. This inhomogeneous change in G-muscle conduction properties provides favorable conditions for the occurrence of reentry activation during ischemia and reperfusion.
