本文用免疫细胞化学方法研究了人胎儿前额叶皮质生长抑素免疫反应阳性神经元的分布和发育。结果表明,生长抑素阳性神经元于16周开始出现于皮质下板;16~30周,皮质下板生长抑素阳性神经元的密度逐渐增高,但到30~38周其密度无明显差异。18周之前,皮质下板生长抑素神经元以双极细胞为主,染色淡,突起短;以后其形态逐渐转为以多极细胞为主,染色加深,突起变长。随着胳龄增大,生长抑素阳性神经元由深至浅依次出现于皮质各层内。本实验结果证实,人类前额叶皮质生长抑素阳性神经元的出现较以往的报道早6周。
In this paper, immunocytochemistry was used to study the distribution and development of somatostatin-immunoreactive neurons in human fetal prefrontal cortex. The results showed that somatostatin positive neurons began to appear in the subcortical plate at 16 weeks. At 16-30 weeks, the density of somatostatin positive neurons in subcortical plate gradually increased, but there was no significant difference between 30 and 38 weeks. Before 18 weeks, the somatostatin neurons in the subcortical plate were dominated by bipolar cells, which were stained lightly and had short protuberances. After that, the morphology of the somatostatin neurons gradually changed to multipolar cells. The staining became deeper and the protuberances became longer. With increasing age, somatostatin-positive neurons appear in the cortical layers from deep to shallow. The results of this experiment confirmed that the appearance of somatostatin-positive neurons in human prefrontal cortex occurred 6 weeks earlier than previously reported.
