晋工商合信字[2013]271号各市工商行政管理局,太原高新区、经济区工商行政管理局:《山西省贯彻<拍卖监督管理办法>实施细则》已经2013年9月6日省局办公会议讨论议定,并经省政府法制办2013年10月24日审查通过,现印发给你们,请贯彻执行。2013年10月29日山西省贯彻《拍卖监督管理办法》实施细则第一条为了规范拍卖行为,维护拍卖秩序,保护拍卖活动各方当事人的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国拍卖法》、《中华人民共和国合同法》和《拍卖监督管理办法》等法律、法规的相关规定,结合本省实际,制定本实施细则。第二条本省行政区域内拍卖企业从事拍卖活动适用本实施细则。
