为探索黄腐酸的体内过程,为临床合理用药提供实验依据,我们采取循环放电曝射法制备氚标记黄腐酸(~3H-FA)并进一步分离鉴定。标记结果:此放射性300微居/毫克,放射性杂质<7.0％。
In order to explore the process of fulvic acid in vivo and to provide an experimental basis for clinical rational drug use, we prepared the tritiated fulvic acid (~ 3H-FA) by cyclic discharge exposure and further isolated and identified. Marking results: This radioactive 300 micro / mg, radioactive impurities <7.0%.
