郁知非这个名字,在中国体坛绝对算得上鼎鼎大名。上世纪90年代,他通过成功运作中国首家职业足球俱乐部——上海申花足球俱乐部,成为了中国职业足坛的“大哥级”人物;离开申花后,他又“玩”起了赛车,成功将F1赛车这项同奥运会、足球世界杯并称为世再三大体育赛事的比赛引入了中国,并因此有了个看起来比申花俱乐部董事长更“大牌”的新头衔——中国的F1“教父”。然而,这位“教父”级人物,在叱咤体育产业界10多年后,却因为卷入腐败漩涡而走向末路。近日,中共上海市纪律检查委员会、上海市监察委员会正式作出决定,对郁知非给予开除党籍、开除公职的处分,原因是在调查上海市社保资金案过程中,有关部门发现其涉嫌严重违纪。经查,郁知非在担任上海申花足球俱乐部董事长兼总经理和上海申花国际贸易公司董事长期间,利用职务上的便利,非法侵占俱乐部、公司资金,用于支付个人购房款等,已被移送司法机关处理。
