对微碳冷轧汽车板成分设计、工艺参数及冲压成形性进行了研究。指出:冶炼应控制氧含量,经真空处理,提高钢液纯净度;热轧采用高温加热,高温终轧和较低的卷取温度,控制AlN的固溶和析出;经罩式炉退火处理,以提高有利织构{111},可使r值达到1.8以上,n值大于0.21,其深冲性能远高于08A1ZF级冷轧钢板。用此钢种已冲制汽车发动机油底壳、门里板、门外板等难冲件,试制品质量全优。
The composition design, process parameters and stamping formability of micro-carbon cold-rolled automotive sheet were studied. It is pointed out that the smelting should control the oxygen content, and the vacuum treatment will improve the purity of molten steel. The hot rolling adopts high temperature heating, high temperature finish rolling and lower coiling temperature to control the solution and precipitation of AlN. In order to improve the favorable texture {111}, the value of r can reach above 1.8 and the value of n is greater than 0.21, and its deep drawing performance is much higher than that of 08A1ZF grade cold-rolled steel. With this steel has been punched car engine oil pan, door panels, door panels and other hard pieces, the whole trial excellent quality products.
