中职生是一个特殊的群体,他们大多数来自农村和城市中低收入家庭,而且多为中考失利者,文化基础相对薄弱,中考的打击使他们失去了学习的兴趣,没了学习动机,失去了奋斗的目标和努力的方向。但是每一个孩子都是祖国的未来,是家庭的希望,是一座待开发的宝藏。所以中职生的成才必须依靠学校、家庭和社会各方面的共同努力,是一项长期系统的国家教育工程。
