通过对高等学校体育课程教学多样化的调查显示,带有体验式、互助式学习功能的拓展游戏能够帮助高校体育教学质量获得改善。文章对在体育教学中实施拓展游戏的可行性进行分析提出:高校体育教师具备开展拓展游戏的能力;拓展游戏符合现代大学生的个性特点;体育教学引入拓展游戏符合高校课程改革的需求。
Through the diversification of teaching of physical education in colleges and universities, it is shown that expanding games with experiential and mutual-aid learning can help to improve the quality of physical education in colleges and universities. The article analyzes the feasibility of expanding the game in physical education. It puts forward that college physical education teachers have the ability to expand the game, expand the game to meet the personality characteristics of modern college students, and the introduction of physical education into the expansion of the game accords with the needs of the curriculum reform in colleges and universities.
