成交月增1228套预计还将大幅增长据杭州透明售房网数据统计,2007年3月杭州八大区共成交房源1996套,比2月增加801套。加上余杭区的成交房源,3月杭州共成交了2728套,比2月1500套增加1228套。从“杭州透明售房网2005年5月-2007年3月成交量”一表中可以看出,2006年1月至3月的房源成交量涨跌幅与2007年1月至3月每月的涨跌幅基本呈同比趋势,可见房产市场已日趋平稳,随着4-5月份多个楼盘的开盘,预计房交会期间的房源成交量将再达成交高峰。
