目的:优化复方降尿酸合剂的水提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数为考察因素,以落新妇苷转移率及得膏率为评价指标,对复方降尿酸合剂的水提取工艺进行优化。结果:复方降尿酸合剂的最佳水提取工艺为:加8倍量水、煎煮次数3次、每次煎煮时间1.5 h。结论:该水提取工艺合理可靠,可为复方降尿酸合剂的制备研究提供理论依据。
Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of compound uric acid reducing admixture. Methods: The orthogonal experiment was used to study the water extraction process of compound uricase by the amount of added water, the time of boiling and the number of decoctions. The transfer rate of astilbin and the rate of ointment were used as evaluation indexes. Results: The optimal water extraction process of compound uric acid reducing admixture was: add 8 times of water, decoct the number of times 3 times, each time of boiling 1.5h. Conclusion: The water extraction process is reasonable and reliable, which can provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of compound uric acid reducing agent.
