目的了解包头市社区孕妇微量元素营养状况。方法随机选取产前保健检查的孕妇138例,采集指端静脉血,进行血清微量元素检测。结果血清Fe离子浓度(0.85±0.39)μg/ml,中位数0.74μg/ml,检出范围0.27～1.79μg/ml;血清Zn离子浓度(0.94±0.38)μg/ml,中位数0.95μg/ml,检出范围0.13～1.78μg/ml;血清Ca离子浓度(90.38±19.36)μg/ml,中位数96.42μg/ml,检出范围40.12～128.49μg/ml。结论包头市社区孕妇微量元素血清浓度总体属于正常水平。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of pregnant women in Baotou community. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight pregnant women were randomly selected from prenatal health care. Finger vein blood was collected for detection of serum trace elements. Results The serum Fe concentration was 0.85 ± 0.39 μg / ml with a median of 0.74 μg / ml with a detection range of 0.27-1.79 μg / ml. The serum Zn concentration was 0.94 ± 0.38 μg / ml with a median of 0.95 μg / ml, detection range 0.13 ~ 1.78μg / ml; serum Ca ion concentration (90.38 ± 19.36) μg / ml, median 96.42μg / ml, the detection range of 40.12 ~ 128.49μg / ml. Conclusion The serum concentrations of trace elements in pregnant women in Baotou community are generally at normal levels.
