作物核心样品是指以最少数量的种质资源材料,代表一个作物种及其近缘野生种最大限度的遗传多样性,它可以有效地提高种质库种质资源的利用效率,便于种质库管理。本研究以480份浙江地方籼稻资源为材料,设计10 种核心样品的构建方案。通过研究17 个数量性状、5 个质量性状的变化,评价核心样品的不同构建方法,以建立浙江地方籼稻资源的核心样品。另外还对两种核心样品规模进行了比较。
Crop core samples refer to the maximum genetic diversity of a crop species and its related wild species with the minimum number of germplasm resources, which can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of germplasm resources and facilitate gene bank management. In this study, 480 local indica rice resources in Zhejiang Province were used as materials to design 10 core samples. By studying the changes of 17 quantitative traits and 5 quality traits, different construction methods of core samples were evaluated to establish the core samples of Zhejiang local indica rice resources. The two core sample sizes were also compared.
