魔芋是天南星科一种耐/荫草本经济植物,块茎富含的甘露聚糖,具有降血脂、减肥、抗肿瘤、增强免疫功能等作用,在医药、保健、食品、纺织、印染等领域具有广阔应用前景。1996年以来由于出口和国内需求的增长,魔芋原料供应一直处于短缺状态。为了挖掘自然潜力,扩大培植魔芋资源,我们在关中地区魔芋引种的基础上进行了魔芋猕猴桃立体间作试验。
