经国务院同意,交通部和国家经贸委于今年1月3日发出《关于印发进一步加强乡镇船舶交通安全管理责任制意见的通知》(以下简称《意见》)。1月20日交通部和国家经贸委又进一步提出贯彻实施《意见》的通知(以下简称《通知》)。上述两个文件为在2000年进一步解决内河水上交通安全管理热点、难点问题指明了方向。
With the approval of the State Council, the Ministry of Communications and the State Economic and Trade Commission issued a Circular on Printing and Issuing Opinions on Further Strengthening the Responsibility System for Traffic Safety Management of Township Ships on January 3 this year (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”). January 20 Ministry of Communications and State Economic and Trade Commission further proposed to implement the “Opinions” (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”). These two documents pointed out the difficulties and difficulties in further solving the inland waterway traffic safety management hotspot in 2000.
